My name is Steve DeNovi, and after 6 years of seeing thousands of clients either succeed or fail, my own and others, I want to be able to share some of the the knowledge and experience I have gained with you in regards to what is the difference between those that are successful and those that are not. As my time as a Personal Trainer, and it didn’t take long, I have learned that the easy part is teaching someone what to do and the hard part is actually getting someone to do it. Weight loss sounds simple; exercise and eat healthy and the weight comes right off. But it definitely is much harder than that, because it takes time, prioritization, willpower, and motivation to actually make the change needed to not just lose a few pounds, but actually make it a lifestyle.

With this blog, I hope to present information that will be helpful to those looking to achieve their fitness goals, and even Personal Trainers who are looking for ideas on how to motivate their clients or take a different approach. There is so much information out there, so its easy to see why people are confused on where to start, so my hope and plan is to take all that information, filter out the garbage, and present you with the facts that actually matter.
